Pursuant to New Mexico State Statue 10-16-7 contracts involving public officers or employees. Randy Smith, President of Randy’s Electric company, Inc. has a substantial interest in bidding as a sub-contractor to all prime bidders bidding the Town of Peralta Community Park project scheduled to bid February 15th , 2022.
