NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT

TO: BERNADETTE C. MARTINEZ, DEFENDANT IN THE RESULTING COMPLAINT FOR EJECTMENT AND DAMAGES;

You are hereby notified that a lawsuit has been filed against you in the above Court and County by the above named Plaintiffs in which the Plaintiffs pray for a court decree and judgment that provides for the following:

A. Recovery of possession and a Writ of Possession of the Real Property known as 17 De Colores, Los Lunas, NM 87031 and more particularly described as:

East one-half (½) of Lot Numbered Sixteen (16) in Block Numbered Nine (9) of Mesa Estates as the same is shown and designated on the Plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico on November 4, 1960 in Cabinet”B”, Folio 196.

B. Award of damages, costs and attorney’s fees.

Additional information related to this court proceeding appears in the Complaint which has been filed with the above Court, located at the Valencia County Courthouse, 1835 Hwy 314 SW Los Lunas, NM 87031.

You are hereby notified that, unless you file with the Court and serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint in said cause on or before April 18, 2022, judgment will be rendered against you in said cause by default.
