NOTICE TO CREDITORS

STEPHEN JOSEPH QUIROZ, whose address is as set forth below, pursuant to Section 45-3-801(A) NMSA (1978 Comp., as amended, Laws 2016, effective July 1, 2016), does hereby give notice:

(1) Of his informal appointment as personal representative of the Estate of Darlene Dee Quiroz, Deceased, pursuant to Order of Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative which was entered and filed by the Honorable James Lawrence Sanchez, District Judge, on October 3, 2023 in the above styled and numbered probate proceeding in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court of Valencia County, New Mexico; and

(2) To creditors of the Estate to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors in a newspaper of general circulation in the County or be forever barred.
