Bradbury Stamm Construction is the Construction Manager at Risk for the following project: Valencia County Magistrate Courthouse, Belen The project will consist of a 11,000 SF new construction building. We are currently accepting bids for all scopes. DBE or Local Subcontractors and Suppliers are strongly encouraged to respond.

Contract documents including plans and specifications are available electronically by sending an inquiry to bids@bradburystamm.com.

Please submit all questions to bids@bradburystamm.com no later than COB, Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021.

Proposals are due Tuesday, November 9th at 2:00pm, 2021. Please send all bids to bids@bradburystamm.com.
