(“Decedent”):
1.The Decedent passed away in Bernalillo County, New Mexico on October 3, 2021.
2.Jeffrey S. Goldberg filed an Application for Informal Administration of Estate and for Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-referenced Court on October 4, 2021, requesting that Decedent’s estate be informally administrated, and that Jeffrey S. Goldberg be appointed Personal Representative.
3.On October 18, 2021, the Court issued an Order for Informal Administration of Estate and Appointment of Personal Representative, appointing Jeffrey S. Goldberg as Personal Representative, to serve without bond.
4.Bond has not been filed.
5.Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Valencia County District Court and are available there for your inspection.
