IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondent Patricia Alejandra Silva Gonzalez and Jose Emilio Uribe, biological parent of Thomas Silva, a minor. You are hereby notified that Elizabeth Silva and Carlos Hernandez, Petitioners, have filed a Petition to Appoint Kinship Guardian regarding Tomas Silva, born on 07/02/2004. A hearing on this matter will be held on the 25th of January, 2022, 1:30 PM, to determine whether Petitioners shall be appointed as “permanent” Kinship Guardians for Tomas Silva. The hearing will take place at the Valencia County 13th Judicial District Court, 1835 Highway 314 SW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence. Regarding this petition, if you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
