You are hereby notified that Petitioners, Jose Cruz Quintana and Guadalupe Iturralde Quintana, parents of Orlando Quintana Iturralde, deceased, (“Petitioners”) acting through their counsel Roybal-Mack & Cordova, P.C. (Kenneth C. Leach) have filed a Petition in the above-captioned action on June 6, 2023 petitioning the Court for an order removing you as personal representative and formally appointing Petitioners as successor co-personal representatives for the estate of the decedent.
The general object of the Petition is to remove you as personal representative of the above-captioned estate for failure to perform your duties as personal representative and to formally appoint the Petitioners as Co-Personal Representative so the administration of the estate may be moved forward and completed.
You are further notified that the Petition has been set for hearing before the Honorable Allen R. Smith, District Judge at 1:30 PM on June 20, 2024 and unless you appear at the hearing, the relief requested in the Petition will be granted. A full copy of the Petition is on file and available for your inspection in the above-captioned probate proceeding and the undersigned will provide you with a copy of the Petition upon request.
