LOT NUMBERED THREE (3) IN BLOCK NUMBERED FIVE (5) OF TOME VISTA, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON JANUARY 23, 2004 IN CABINET J, FOLIO 517.
