To James Clancy Flowers, father, and any other interested person, TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with provision of NMSA 1978 Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 the Petitioner, Marlene Palacio, will apply to the Honorable James Lawrence Sanchez, District Judge of the 13th Judicial District, 1835 NM-314, Los Lunas, Valencia County, New Mexico, 87031, by video conference, at 9:00 am on the 25th day of

September, 2023 for an ORDER FOR CHANGE OF NAME from Catalina Da-xia Flowers and Kitana Rayne Flowers to Catalina Da-xia Palacio and Kitana Rayne Palacio.

If no sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, their names shall be changed or established by order of the Court.
