You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Jericko Hoselton, born January 2020, to Antoinette Espinosa and Casey Hoselton.

You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County, Los Lunas, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
