You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Liam Kurtz, born in March of 2021, to Dana Moore and Kaleb Kurtz.

You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Los Lunas, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
