You are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the property legally described as follows:

Lots numbered Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine (9), in Block Two numbered (2) of the Belen Townsite, Belen, New Mexico, as the same are shown and so designated on the Plat of said Townsite, filed in the office of the Probate Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Valencia County, New Mexico on July 26, 1909.

Unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before November 5, 2020 judgment by default will be entered against you.
