NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 18, 2024, in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application. VILLA E P2, LLC HAS REQUESTED A PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL EXTENSION TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: VILLA ESCONDIDA PHASE 1 TRACT: A 9.55 ACRES MAP 75 1999 REV FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE VILLA ESCONDIDA PHASE 2 SUBDIVISION. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF MAIN STREET, EAST OF CARSON DRIVE SE, AND WEST OF LAS ROSAS DR SE. The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website loslunasnm.gov and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by June 10, 2024 for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
