Relay for Life planned for July 19

The Relay For Life in Valencia County is just around the corner. Register your team by calling the American Cancer Society at 260-2105. This “Celebration of Life” brings the Valencia County community together in a unified effort to fight cancer.

Participants camp out at the event site, and, when they are not taking their turns walking or running, they take part in fun activities and enjoy local entertainment. Former and current cancer patients, their families, businesses, civic organizations and the public are invited to take part in this exciting team event.

Relay For Life will be from 6 p.m. on Friday, July 19, until noon on Saturday, July 20, at Belen High School.
