Abram S. Torres, age 83, a resident of Belen, passed away on April 29, 2024.
Services will take place on Tuesday, May 28, at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, beginning with a visitation at 9 a.m., followed by a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. and Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patsy Torres; children, John (Rebecca), Dominic (Stephanie) and Yvonne Torres dos Reis (Marcelo); six grandchildren, Natalia, Marcello, Elyse, Samara, Adriana and Mia; two great-grandchildren, Emilia June and Veda Solei; siblings, Genevieve (Robert), John Peter (Gloria) and Eugene (Maria Flor).
Abram is preceded in death by his parents, John and Eva Sanchez Torres.
He was a member of BNSF Railroad for 46 years, Saint Vincent de Paul and Knights of Columbus.
