1945-2023

Alberta Perea passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and close friends on Sept. 19.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Abelino Perea; her two sons, Tony and Crespin Perea; her four daughters, Famie Brown, Noemi Wallace, Idarmis Cavazos and Daramis Perea; her siblings, tío Luis, tía Angelita and tía Eloisa. She also had many close grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will miss her.

Alberta was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and was grateful for the love and support from her congregation.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 14, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 427 Los Lentes, in Los Lunas.â¯Reception to follow. The location will be announced at the memorial service.â¯
