Alton “Brian” Culp, Jr., 70, a resident of Los Chavez, passed away on June 28, 2022.

He was a retiree of multiple organizations, deputy director of adult prisons of New Mexico, Los Chavez Fire Department, Haddon Heights Fire Department and Barrington New Jersey Police Department. He was a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Brian is preceded in death by his father, Alton Culp Sr.; mother, Joann Culp; and stepmother, Dawnes Culp.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Judith Culp; son, Brian Culp III (Rachael); daughter, Danielle Culp; grandchildren, Desta Ameko, Annakiya Ameko and Jakobi Ameko; mother-in-law, Elaine Y. Heckroth; sister, Naomi Culp (Bruce): brothers, Grant Culp (Donna) and Walter Culp (Sheryl).

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, July 7, at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel, beginning with a viewing at 10 a.m. and a service at 11 a.m.
