It is with great sadness that the family of Connie Sue Capps, age 54, a resident of Veguita, announced that she passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2024.
A celebration of life will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 20, at the La Merced Moose Lodge, 306 Rio Communities Blvd., Rio Communities. It will be a potluck meal, so if you are able to contribute a dish the family would greatly appreciate it.
Connie was a loving person, who enjoyed taking care of others. She was passionate about her faith, loved animals and enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Connie is survived by her husband, Rick, of 37 years; sons, Kenneth (Cynthia) and Keith; and daughter, Patricia Jane; grandchildren, Brianna, Bella, Alissa, Jordan and Mason; brothers, Gary and Randy (Chris); mother-in-law, Verna; sisters-in-law, Vicky and Karen; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Ruth Rodebush.
