IN MEMORIAM

Rudy Espinosa plays a song to soothe the broken hearts of the friends and family of four teenagers who lost their lives in accidents during the past two months. On the poster behind him were the photographs of James Riggall, Frank Gallegos, Jessica Mora and Keith Norwood. Friends and family of the deceased gathered in the Belen City Hall parking lot Tuesday to hear words of comfort from the Rev. Raymond Jaramillo of Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley. Jaramillo reminded those in attendance that, through faith in God, they will be able to bear the pain of these tragedies.
