Services for James will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel. A visitation will take place at 10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will take place following services at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
