Joe Angel Baldonado, a lifetime resident of Belen, passed away on Dec. 8, 2023.
Joe Angel was born on March 22, 1959, to parents, Placido and Lucy, and grew up in Los Chavez, graduated from Belen High School, where he was very active in sports. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and three brothers, Gregory, Edward and Rodney.
He is survived by three children, Lisa, Jude and Kimberly and husband, Michael; and numerous grandchildren.
He is also survived by his brother, Pancho Baldonado and wife, Vicki; and many other family members and friends.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m., Friday, March 22, at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
