Marva Joy Coston

1952-2022

Marva Joy Coston, a loving wife, mother, nana and great-grandma, joined her parents, Smokey and Marie Cooper; sister, Linda and Jim Tidwell; and grandson, Tyler Burgess, in heaven.

She is survived by her life-long love of her life, Terry Lynn Coston; son, Tom and Deb Coston; daughter, Karen and Chad Thompson; grandchildren, Rebecca, John, Thomas Jr. and Courtney Coston, Aleona Reyes, Corey and Kendle Burgess, Elisa Burgess, Dominic, Nicole and Melanie Hutchison; great-grandchildren, Justin Coston, Annelisa, Logan, Harper and Wyatt Faith Burgess.

Marva was a talented, strong woman.

A viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18, at French Funeral, 9300 Golf Course, Rio Rancho. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 22, at First Baptist Church, 3906 19th Ave., SE, Rio Rancho. Burial will following service at Beavers Cemetery in Forrest, N.M.
