Maryann Chavez, age 69, a resident of Belen, passed away peacefully on Aug. 2, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Ann Calles; parents, Mariano and Lilly Chavez; and brother, Richard Chavez.

Maryann is survived by her granddaughters, Forrest and Belle Garcia; sisters, Glenda Baca, Regina Chavez, Brenda Sanchez and Jane Murray (Terry); many loving nieces, nephews, friends and classmates who will always love and remember her.

Cremation has taken place. Private services were held.
