1955-2023

Stephen Michael Villella, born on Aug. 31, 1955, passed away on Nov. 10, 2023.

Born with Down Syndrome, Stephen learned to read and do simple math. He was well loved by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Edith Villella and Frank and Grace Wlles; brother, Ralph John Jr; and great-nephew, Jackson Frank.

He is survived by his parents, Ralph and Lottie Villella; sister, Angela Rodriguez; brothers, Anthony and his wife, Crystal, and Joseph; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 15, at Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley in Belen.
