Sylvia Hanna, 92, went to meet the Lord on May 5, 2024.
She leaves behind son, David Venenga and wife, Judy, of Belen; son, Douglas Venenga and wife, Marsha, of Rio Rancho; son, Dana Venenga and wife, Andrea, of Larkspur, Colo.; grandson, Derek Venenga, of Albuquerque; grandson, Mark Schuman and wife, Mary, of Sandy, Utah.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert D Venenga, of Grundy Center, Iowa; husband, Clovis Hanna, of San Antonio, Texas; and oldest son, Dale Venenga, of Las Vegas, Nev.
Sylvia loved to sew and enjoyed spending time with the ladies of the Valencia Valley Quilters; she always looked forward to meeting the ladies.
Her ashes will be laid to rest in the family plot at the Rose Hill cemetery in Grundy Center, Iowa, at a later date.
