Thomas B. Emmons, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on June 17, 2024.

He was born on April 24, 1964.

Tom is survived by his mother, Jackie Gillette; his devoted wife, Erin L. Emmons; his daughter, Amy Creek and husband, BJ; his son, David Wynn and wife, Jenny; and his six cherished grandchildren.

Tom dedicated 35 years of his life as a master pinsetter mechanic, a skill he honed at the Bosque Farms Bowl and Chipper’s Lane in Greeley, Colo. His expertise and passion for his work endeared him to his colleagues and patrons alike.

Beyond his profession, Tom had a deep love for fishing, spending countless hours on the water pursuing his favorite catch. He also had a lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles, finding joy in tinkering with engines and exploring the open road.

Tom was a creative soul, who found fulfillment in building models and writing. As an amateur short novelist, he shared his imagination and storytelling prowess with those around him.

Tom will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his unwavering commitment to his family and his enthusiasm for life’s simple pleasures. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever be treasured by his family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Tom’s life was held at Peralta Methodist Church on Friday, June 21.

Rest in peace, Tom. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know you.
