1958-2024

Thomas “Ralph” Torrez, age 65, a resident of Tomé, was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, May 3, 2024.

Services will take place on Friday, May 17, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tomé beginning with a visitation at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Rosary at 11:30 a.m., and Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at the Tomé Catholic Cemetery.

Ralph was born on Dec. 18, 1958.

He is survived by his mother, Dolores Torrez; brothers, Juan “Johnny” and Leroy Torrez (Diana); sisters, Magdalene Perea and Famie Trujillo (Ted) and companion, Yolanda Hernandez and family; and many nieces and nephews, whom he had a special place in his heart for; and his best friends, Tino Jiron and Gabriel Perea.

He is preceded in death by his father, Julian Torrez; grandparents, Ernesto and Eufemia Chavira; and nephew, Jay “Juan Estevan” Torrez.

Ralph was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Church in Tomé, and a longtime member of the La Merced Moose Lodge.
